Running old App on Win7 - possible?

I'm guessing that you did already, but have you tried running the

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\tabctl32.ocx

from an administrator command prompt?

1. Right click and Run cmd.exe as administrator

2. Issue the regsvr32 c:\windows\sysytem32\tabctl32.ocx there?
