When I disabled the UAC I got a different OCX error, another missing file, copied that ocx - I still cannot register either (tried the run as admin though so far only a local admin and and a domain admin account have logged on to the PC) however with the 2 OCX files on the system, and UAC off... it starts, and seems to run. A couple oddities but we'll be hopeful and say its working. (now all I have to do is get managers to sign off on UAC being off)
